Job Overview
Woolworths is looking for a Store Assistant: Beauty Stockroom to support stock management and store operations at the Ballito Junction store. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining an organised stockroom, managing stock movement and supporting the store team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who enjoys working in retail, is organised and can handle stock accurately in a fast-paced store environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Previous retail, FMCG stockroom or receiving experience is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible shifts according to store requirements
- Basic product knowledge and understanding of stock handling
- Good communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable, trustworthy and committed to workplace standards
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Stockroom Operations
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe stockroom environment
- Process stock movements including returns, transfers and waste according to company procedures
- Assist with accurate stock handling to reduce losses and stock errors
- Maintain stock records and related documentation
- Support smooth movement of stock between the stockroom and sales floor
Customer and Team Support
- Respond to internal customer requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist store teams with stock-related needs
- Support daily store operations by ensuring stock areas are well maintained
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals
Safety and Compliance
- Follow health, safety and company procedures
- Report theft, fraud, shrinkage or dishonest activities to management
- Maintain personal appearance and professional conduct
- Ensure stockroom standards meet company requirements
