The City of Tshwane is hiring 2 General Workers to assist with manual labour, housekeeping and maintenance support at Rietgat and Daspoort Waste Water Treatment Works. Job Purpose
The successful candidates will perform general manual labour and housekeeping duties in support of the operation and maintenance of waste water treatment works and associated infrastructure.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical duties
- Basic literacy skills
- Physical fitness and good health
- Must not have back problems
- Relevant knowledge and experience in water treatment will be an advantage
- Must undergo a criminal record check
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and shifts when required
