Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the branch.
Duties include:
- Wearing the prescribed Hollywood uniform and maintaining good personal hygiene at all times.
- Ensuring work areas are clean and tidy before opening, during operations and after closing.
- Cleaning both indoor and outdoor areas, including branch surroundings and parking areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning walls and maintaining general appearance of the premises.
- Collecting and disposing of waste.
- Emptying, washing, sanitising and replacing bin bags.
- Cleaning toilets and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
- Cleaning tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lights, machines and equipment.
- Keeping service areas neat and presentable during busy and quiet periods.
- Using cleaning chemicals and detergents correctly.
- Requesting cleaning supplies and replacement equipment when required.
- Reporting damaged equipment, breakages and maintenance issues to the Branch Manager.
- Cleaning branch air-conditioning filters weekly.
- Maintaining gaming area tables and chairs by monitoring seat covers, adjusting unstable tables and reporting furniture requiring repairs or refurbishment.
