Youth Learnership Opportunity
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is offering 12-month learnership opportunities for unemployed young South Africans. The programme provides practical workplace experience in Technology & Digital and Claims departments, helping learners develop skills for future employment.
The opportunities are available across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Eastern Cape.
Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who:
- Are unemployed South African youth
- Are between 18 and 23 years old
- Have completed Grade 12/Matric
- Want to gain workplace experience
- Are interested in technology, administration, claims and corporate support environments
Requirements
- South African citizen
- Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Must be unemployed
- Must not have previously participated in a learnership in the same or relevant field
- Must not have previously been employed in the relevant field
- Must not be studying full-time during the learnership period
