Youth Learnership Opportunity

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is offering 12-month learnership opportunities for unemployed young South Africans. The programme provides practical workplace experience in Technology & Digital and Claims departments, helping learners develop skills for future employment.

The opportunities are available across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Eastern Cape.

  • Have completed Grade 12/Matric

  • Must be unemployed
  • Must not have previously participated in a learnership in the same or relevant field
  • Must not have previously been employed in the relevant field
  • Must not be studying full-time during the learnership period
