Job Purpose
The Care Worker will support nursing unit staff in providing safe, quality patient care that meets the healthcare needs of patients while contributing to a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Appropriate qualification as a Care Worker
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Grade 12 will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care
- Assist with patient care activities within the nursing unit
- Identify and report risks according to hospital policies
- Contribute to a positive patient experience
- Provide administrative support to nursing staff

- Ensure stock is used efficiently and accurately recorded
