Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Mining or industrial cleaning experience will be advantageous.
- Valid Mine Medical Clearance or ability to pass a medical examination.
- Must be medically fit and able to work in a mining environment.
- Sober habits and a positive attitude.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Punctual, reliable and hardworking.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with:
Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance
- Cleaning and sanitising mine toilets and ablution facilities.
- Performing deep cleaning as required.
- Restocking toilet paper, soap, towels and other hygiene supplies.
- Maintaining consistent cleaning standards throughout the shift.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or hygiene issues.
Equipment & Safety
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Following mine safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in assigned areas.
- Taking photos of completed work or reported issues when required.
- Complying with company policies, procedures and supervisor instructions.
