Phakisa is hiring young, motivated and physically fit individuals with Matric to join its team. No previous work experience is required, making this a suitable opportunity for school leavers looking to enter the workplace and gain practical experience in warehouse and general operations.

- Are physically fit and able to lift heavy items

- Can follow instructions and work well in a team
- Are willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required
- Reside in or near the advertised areas
Key Duties
- Load and unload stock
- Pack and sort products
- Assist with receiving and dispatching goods
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as instructed
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- No previous work experience required
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- Clear criminal record if required by the employer
