This internship provides an opportunity for young professionals to gain practical experience in supply chain operations, warehouse processes, data analysis and process improvement within a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

The 18-month internship programme is designed to develop both technical and soft skills while providing exposure to daily operations within a large-scale distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

The successful intern will assist with:

Warehouse Operations

• Supporting daily warehouse operations across:
  • Inbound
  • Inventory
  • Outbound
  • Dispatch
  • Planning
• Assisting with operational processes and improvements.
• Supporting warehouse teams with process-related activities.

Process Documentation

• Supporting the development, review and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assisting with process documentation across different warehouse functions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.

Reporting and Data Analysis

• Preparing reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Communicating findings, insights and recommendations to Distribution Centre operations.
• Monitoring operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assisting with identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.

Team Collaboration

• Working with cross-functional teams including:
  • Operations
  • Supply Chain
  • Logistics
  • IT
  • Facilities
  • Health and Safety

Problem Solving

• Participating in problem-solving initiatives.
• Identifying root causes of operational challenges.
