Job Purpose
The Care Worker/Companion will provide daily support to residents, assisting with their wellbeing while ensuring they receive respectful, patient and professional care.
Requirements
- Must be qualified and experienced as a Care Worker/Companion
- HWSETA accreditation required
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Patient and caring nature
- Reliable and hardworking
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily living needs
- Work closely with residents, carers and residential managers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
